CheqPix provides an artificial intelligence-assisted receipt, invoice, and document scanning platform that extracts accounting data and automatically synchronizes organized files and spreadsheets into the user's personal Google Drive account.

2. User Accounts & Google Cloud Integrations

To utilize automated cloud storage features, you may connect your personal Google Drive account via secure Google OAuth 2.0. You agree to maintain the security of your authentication tokens and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Ownership & Zero Lock-In

You retain 100% intellectual property rights, legal title, and ownership of all receipts, documents, images, and data submitted to or generated by the Service. CheqPix claims no ownership over your files. Because files are deposited directly into your personal Google Drive, you retain uninterrupted access to your files independently of your active subscription status with CheqPix.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Uploading illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security of our infrastructure or networks.
• Abusing API rate limits or reverse engineering the underlying application code.

5. Disclaimer of Tax & Legal Advice

CheqPix provides automated OCR and artificial intelligence parsing for organizational and accounting convenience. While our AI achieves high fidelity, you acknowledge that CheqPix does not provide official tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing extracted values and consulting with licensed tax professionals for statutory filings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CheqPix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following published updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
